Certificate of Analysis

Certificate of Analysis. Means a document signed by an authorized representative of Manufacturer, describing Specifications for, and testing methods applied to, Product, and the results of testing.

Certificate of Analysis. Shall mean a document, which is dated and signed by a duly authorized representative of the Quality Control or Quality Assurance department of XIANJU, certifying that a Batch of API meets all Specifications.

Certificate of Analysis. Means the certificate of analysis to accompany each Product Delivered to Purchaser, which certifies that such Product has been tested in compliance with its Specification;

Certificate of Analysis. Means the certificate for each batch of a particular Product delivered hereunder, in the form contemplated by SECTION 7.4(c).

Certificate of Analysis. Means the document listing the results of the release tests conducted using approved Methods of Analysis for a specific Batch of Product in a form agreed to by the Parties in writing. The Certificate of Analysis will include, without limitation, Specifications, test method's identification, manufacturing date, re-test date and Product Lot/Batch number.

Certificate of Analysis. Means a certificate provided by Shilpa or a Third-Party Manufacturer for each Renazorb Shipment, certifying that the Renazorb Shipment meets all applicable Legal Requirements and the Renazorb Specifications.

Certificate of Analysis. Means a document certifying that LB has performed certain tests specified and agreed to by both parties on each Batch of Product and containing the results of those tests and whether or not the Batch of such Product meets agreed upon specifications; and certifying that the Batch of such Product was manufactured in accordance with the approved process.

Certificate of Analysis. Means a document signed by an authorized representative of Corden describing the testing methods applied to the Product, the corresponding acceptance criteria, and the results of such testing.

Certificate of Analysis. Shall mean a signed certificate, issued by the party providing a pharmaceutical compound or product, attesting to the nature and/or content, as applicable, of such compound or product.

Certificate of Analysis. Means a certificate in a form reasonably acceptable to Arrayit Diagnostics certifying that a batch of Diagnostic Product meets the Specifications and such other specific requirements as contained in the Quality Agreement.
