Certification

Certification. Shall mean Enterprise's formal approval of a Person as a reseller of Software and Hosting Services and as a provider of Complementary Services, as more particularly described in Section 3 herein.

Certification. Means, with respect to each Appliance, that Patriot Technologies has provided OEM Partner with one or more prototypes which demonstrate to OEM Partner reasonable satisfaction that Patriot Technologies is capable of producing the "OEM Partner" Agreement v2.2 1 Patriot Technologies, Inc. Confidential Appliance in accordance with the applicable Specifications, and that the Appliance is ready for commercial production.

Means written certification provided by CGI to SGB required to be delivered by CGI to SGB that certifies, warrants and represents to SGB that such SGBlockTM (i) has been selected and Converted in accordance with the Required Standards; and (ii) meets all of the Specifications set forth in the Order therefor.

Certification. Such certification as is required by the FAA to fly commercial aircraft Installed with the Equipment and Software to provide the 2Ku Connectivity Services, including without limitation STCs and PMA.

Certification. Means a written determination by either the Committee or two or more members of the Board, each of whom is an "outside director" for purposes of Section 162(m) of the Code, that an applicable Performance Goal has first been achieved during an applicable Performance Period.
