Cessation of service
Cessation of service. When a person ceases to be an employee of the Company or a Subsidiary, or ceases to serve as a Director, as appropriate. For purposes of this definition, if an entity that was a Subsidiary ceases to be a Subsidiary, persons who immediately thereafter remain employees of that entity (and are not employees of the Company or an entity that is a Subsidiary) shall be deemed to have ceased service.
