The current good manufacturing, distribution and storage practices specified by the US Code of Federal Regulations, the EU, PIC, ICH and WHO guidelines and the corresponding national laws and regulations applicable in the country where the Facility is located and in each country of the Territory. In case of conflict, SUPPLIER shall be required to comply with the stricter standard.
