Change Control

Change Control. A process defined in a standard operating procedure ("SOP") agreed to and followed by Wellness in accordance with Mannatech's requirements to identify, review, track, approve and implement changes to a production process, raw materials, quality control, quality assurance, documentation, equipment, responsible personnel, packaging, specifications, software/hardware, and other systems used in the manufacture of Product, which may be provided to Mannatech by Wellness from time to time.
