Change in Control Agreement

Change in Control Agreement. Shall mean that Change in Control Agreement Between The Men's Wearhouse, Inc. and the Executive dated effective May 15, 2009.

Change in Control Agreement. A certain change in control agreement between the Corporation and the Executive which is effective as of July 16, 2001, as such agreement may be amended.

Change in Control Agreement. Any plan, program, agreement, or arrangement under which the Corporation or a Subsidiary agrees to provide benefits to the Optionee in the event he or she is terminated following a Change in Control, as applicable to the Optionee at the relevant time.

Change in Control Agreement. Has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

Change in Control Agreement. Shall mean that certain Employment and Change in Control Agreement dated July 25, 2000, as amended on February 13, 2006, between CGX and Executive.

Change in Control Agreement. Shall mean that certain Change in Control Agreement, effective as of January 14, 2008, between CGX and Executive.

Change in Control Agreement. Shall mean that certain Change in Control Agreement dated December 17, 2007 between CGX and Executive.

Change in Control Agreement. Shall mean that certain Change in Control Agreement dated March 1, 2002 between CGX and Executive. 9

Change in Control Agreement. An agreement between Executive and the Company providing for the payment of compensation and benefits to Executive in the event of Executive's termination of employment under certain circumstances following a "change in control" of the Company (as defined in such agreement).

Change in Control Agreement. That certain Change in Control Agreement between the Company and Executive, effective July 11, 2000, as amended effective December 9, 2008, and as subsequently amended effective December 13, 2011.
