Change in Control Protection Period
Change in Control Protection Period. Means the period beginning three (3) months prior and ending twelve (12)-month period immediately following the consummation of a Change in Control.
Change in Control Protection Period. The period beginning on the date three months prior to the consummation of the Change in Control and ending on the first anniversary of such Change in Control.
