Change in Control Salary. , (i) for all Participants in Tiers 1, 2 and 3, the Participant's Base Salary, and (ii) for all Participants in Tiers 4, 5, and 6, the sum of (A) the Participant's Base Salary and (B) 50% of the Participant's Target Bonus.
