Change in Control Severance Period. A period of 30 months.
Change in Control Severance Period. A period of 24 months.
Change in Control Severance Period. The period commencing ninety (90) days prior to the execution of any definitive purchase and sale, merger or other acquisition agreement resulting in a Change in Control through the first anniversary following the closing of such Change in Control, or, in the case of any other type of Change in Control, the period of one (1) year beginning on the date of the occurrence of such Change in Control through the first anniversary thereof
Change in Control Severance Period. Means that period of time commencing upon a Participant's termination of employment and ending upon:(i) With respect to a Participant designated in Group A, the second anniversary thereof;4 (ii) With respect to a Participant designated in Group B, the first anniversary thereof; (iii) With respect to a Participant designated in Group C, the nine (9)-month anniversary thereof; and(iv) With respect to a Participant designated in Group D, the three (3)-month anniversary thereof.
