Change Proposal

Change Proposal. A written proposal prepared and signed by Contractor setting forth (i) the Changes in the Work requested by Owner or proposed by Contractor, (ii) the amount of adjustment, if any, in the Contract Sum (using the formula in Section 3.1.2 of this Agreement), and (iii) the extent of adjustment, if any, in the Scheduled Completion Date. A Change Proposal is only a proposal unless and until signed in writing and accepted by Owner as a Change Order.
