Example Definitions of "Chargeback"
Chargeback. Shall mean a Transaction that Bank returns to Merchant pursuant to this Agreement, because it was denied or returned after it was entered into the settlement network for payment.
Chargeback. Shall mean a Transaction that Bank Bank/Certegy returns to Merchant pursuant to this Agreement, because it was denied or returned after it was entered into the settlement network for payment.

Chargeback. A Debit Card Transaction returned by an Issuer in accordance with the rules and regulations of MasterCard(R), which shall result in a liability for the merchant in the amount of the Debit Card Transaction evidenced by the MasterMoney(TM) Notice.
