Charitable Organization

Charitable Organization. Shall mean a charitable organization as described by Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as in effect from time to time.

Charitable Organization. Has the meaning given to such term in the Stockholders Agreement.

Charitable Organization. An organization to which contributions are deductible for federal income, estate or gift tax purposes and which is established by one or more Participating Stockholders.

Charitable Organization. Means an entity that is exempt from taxation under Section 501(c)(3) or Section 501(c)(4) of the United States Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (or any successor provisions thereto) (whether a determination letter with respect to such successor's exemption is issued before, at or after the relevant determination date), and further includes any successor entity of similar status.
