Example Definitions of "Charter"
Charter. The Company's Articles of Incorporation in the form contemplated by the Purchase Agreement, as it may be amended and restated from time to time as permitted thereby.
Charter. That certain Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, as in effect from time to time
Charter. The charter of the Company, as amended to date and presently in effect
