Charter

Example Definitions of "Charter"
Charter. Shall mean the certificate of incorporation of the Company, as may be amended from time to time.
Charter. The Certificate of Incorporation of the Company dated as of March 7, 2024 (as further amended and/or restated and in effect from time to time).
Charter. Shall mean the Company's Restated Certificate of Incorporation as is in effect on the Closing Date (as defined below).
Charter. Means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of STAC filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware on October 28, 2005, as thereafter amended.
Charter. The Articles of Incorporation of the Company, as in effect from time to time.
Charter. Means the charter of the Company, as amended or supplemented from time to time.
