Chattel Paper. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Article 9 of the Commercial Code

Chattel Paper. All Chattel Paper as that term is defined in Article 9 of the UCC

Chattel Paper. The meanings set forth in the New York Uniform Commercial Code.

Chattel Paper. As to any Grantor, all of such Grantor's now owned or hereafter acquired chattel paper, as defined in the UCC, including electronic chattel paper

(i) the Pledged Interests, (ii) all General Intangibles arising out of the Operating Agreement in respect of the Pledged Interests, (iii) all Accounts arising out of the Operating Agreement in respect of the Pledged Interests, and (iv) to the extent not otherwise included, all Proceeds of any and all of the foregoing.
