Chelsey Warrants

Chelsey Warrants. Shall mean, collectively (as the same now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced): (A) the Chelsey Series D Warrant, (B) the Chelsey Common Warrant, and (C) the related agreements, documents and instruments to be executed, delivered or filed in connection therewith or with respect to the Common Stock Warrant or the Series D Preferred Warrant
