CHESAPEAKE Issued Policy
CHESAPEAKE Issued Policy. Shall mean a policy or certificate of group health insurance with respect to groups of 75 or fewer subscribers directly issued by CHESAPEAKE in replacement or upon conversion of ATAC Assumed Policies in accordance with Section 8 hereof.
