Chicago Property Finance Cap
Chicago Property Finance Cap. Means an amount equal to Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00) plus reasonable closing costs incurred by the Debtor in connection with the finance of its acquisition of the Chicago Property such as title insurance and real estate taxes.
