Chief Executive Officer. (a) as to any Award granted to an Eligible FirstSun Employee, the Chief Executive Officer of FirstSun, or (b) as to any Award granted to an Eligible Bank Employee, the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. Where an Award has been granted to a Chief Executive Officer, decisions normally made by the "Chief Executive Officer" with respect to such Award shall be made by the Board as described in Section 10.2.
