Chip

Chip. Shall mean a microfluidic chip offered for sale or otherwise made available by Caliper to any Person, for use in a system which is used in, or useful for, Target Assay Protocol development or Screening, or otherwise generating data for a Multi-Target Screening Database (as defined in the Intellectual Property Agreement).

Chip. Means CBMX's biochips, namely CBMX's proprietary biological array processors, and including all Improvements thereto, (but excluding, for clarity, any oligonucleotide sequence provided by Toxco to CBMX).

Chip. Shall mean the HumanHap300 Genotyping BeadChip or substantially equivalent product that permits the genotyping of approximately 317,000 SNP loci per Sample using the Infinium™ Reagents.
