CIC Termination

CIC Termination. A Qualifying Termination which occurs during the CIC Protection Period.

CIC Termination. A Qualifying Termination which occurs on or within the 24-month period following a Change in Control that constitutes a "change in control event" for purposes of Code Section 409A

CIC Termination. An Involuntary Termination that occurs upon or within 12 months following the date of the Covered Transaction

CIC Termination. The term "CIC Termination" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(c) of this Agreement.

CIC Termination. The voluntarily termination by a Participant for Good Reason, or the involuntarily termination of a Participant other than for Cause, upon or within 12 months after a Change in Control of the Company

CIC Termination. For purposes of this Agreement, a "CIC Termination" shall mean termination of the Executive's employment by the Company without Cause or by the Executive for Good Reason during the Change in Control Period, provided that, in either case, a Change in Control actually occurs.
