CIECO PSA Documents. Any and all documents, instruments and agreements entered into and/or delivered in connection with or relating to the CIECO PSA and the transactions contemplated thereby as the same may be from time to time amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified and in effect to the extent permitted herein.
