Cigarette Inventory

Cigarette Inventory. Means the number of cases of finished cigarettes under the Trademarks located in Licensor's bonded warehouse as of the Effective Date, which shall include any cases of finished cigarettes manufactured by Licensor at the written request of Licensee subsequent to the Agreement Date and prior to the Effective Date.
