CITIZEN

CITIZEN. Means, for purposes of this Agreement, any individual who registers with Activeworlds and pays the Annual Fee to Activeworlds for the purpose of allowing him or her to enter and interact within Active Worlds as a citizen of Active Worlds with enhanced features (as opposed to only being able to enter as a "tourist" and passively view Active Worlds with limited features).
