City Approval

City Approval. Means an ordinance, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Landlord and Tenant, from the City, authorizing the Lease and the Purchase Option, authorizing a leasehold mortgage to be placed upon the Leased Premises by Tenant, and authorizing the Access Easement.
