CKD GI Product

CKD GI Product. Means a pharmaceutical product which CKD itself (not in a collaboration with or by license from a Third Party) intends to develop and commercialise for one or more indications in the field of gastroenterology and/or hepatology and which shall be subject to the right of first negotiation under Clause 14.
