Claim or Claims. Includes without limitation any threatened, pending, or completed action, suit, or proceeding whether civil, derivative, criminal, administrative, investigative, or otherwise, and includes any Claims by or in the right of the Company.
Claim or Claims. Means any allegation, dispute, claim, causes of action, complaint, grievance, charge, action, petition, or demand, whether or not filed, including any threatened, pending or completed action, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal, administrative, or investigative.
