Clarity Majority

Clarity Majority. Shall mean (a) for purposes of Section 2.1 hereof, Holders of at least 30% of the Registrable Shares held by all Clarity Holders at the time of any request for registration pursuant to Section 2.1, and (b) for all other purposes under this agreement, Holders of a majority of the Registrable Shares held by all Clarity Holders from time to time.
