Class A Common Shares

Class A Common Shares. Value $.01 per share, of Prodigy. "Demand Registration" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(a)

Class A Common Shares. Means Class A Common Shares, par value $1 per share, of the Company or any security into which such Common Shares may be changed by reason of any transaction or event of the type referred to in Section 11 of this Plan.

Class A Common Shares. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Declaration of Trust.

Class A Common Shares. Means (i) shares of the Company's Class A Common Stock, par value $0.0001 per share, and (ii) any share capital into which such Class A Common Stock shall have been changed or any share capital resulting from a reclassification of such Class A Common Stock.

Class A Common Shares. Means the Class A Common Shares, $.01 par value per share, in the capital of the Company.

Class A Common Shares. Means the Class A Common Shares of the Issuer representing membership interests in the Issuer and any other securities into which or for which any of such Class A Common Shares may be converted or exchanged pursuant to a plan of recapitalization, reorganization, merger, sale of assets or otherwise, whether issued by the Issuer or another party to any such reorganization, merger, sale of assets or other transaction (any such party, a "Successor Issuer").
