Example Definitions of "Class A Common Stock"
Class A Common Stock. Shall mean Class A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Habit.
Class A Common Stock. Means the Class A common stock of the Company, par value $0.00001 per share (and any stock or other securities into which such common shares may be converted or into which it may be exchanged).
Class A Common Stock. The Class A Common Stock, par value $0.001 per share, of Charter as it will be constituted immediately following the Effective Time, and any capital stock into which such Class A Common Stock may thereafter be changed (whether as a result of a recapitalization, reorganization, merger, consolidation, share exchange or other transaction or event).
