Example Definitions of "Class A Member"
Class A Member. A person who: (a) has been admitted to Waitlist as a member after the purchase of Class A Units, and in accordance with this Agreement; and (b) has not resigned, withdrawn, or been expelled as a member. The term "Class A Member" does not include the Manager, except to the extent the Manager or its members purchase Class A Units.
