Class A-R Commitment Amount
Class A-R Commitment Amount. On any date and as to any Class A-R Noteholder, the product of (a) the Commitment Percentage of such Class A-R Noteholder as of such day and (b) an amount which is the Remaining Unfunded Facility Commitment (expressed as a Dollar amount) on such date.
