Class A Senior Common Stock. The Class A Senior Common Stock of the Company; provided, that (i) if all outstanding Class A Senior Common Stock of the Company is converted to Common Stock pursuant to the charter documents of the Company, then "Class A Senior Common Stock" shall mean Common Stock and (ii) in the event any shares of Class A Senior Common Stock issued under the Plan are converted into Common Stock then, with respect to such shares, "Class A Senior Common Stock" shall mean Common Stock
