Example Definitions of "Class A Warrants"
Class A Warrants. The Series E Warrants, Class A, for the purchase of shares of Series E Preferred Stock (or Common Stock, if a Conversion Event has occurred), issued pursuant to paragraph 4(c)( 7A) of the Certificate.
Class A Warrants. Means the Class A-1 and Class A-2 Warrants issued to Parthenon, Shad Run and TSG pursuant to the First Parthenon Purchase Agreement.
Class A Warrants. Shall mean the three year warrants expiring on May 31, 2012 entitling the Holder to purchase shares of Common Stock of the Company at an exercise price of $2.50 per share, and subject to redemption under certain circumstances.
