Class A2 Trustee

Class A2 Trustee. Shall mean State Street Bank and Trust Company of Connecticut, National Association, not in its individual capacity except as expressly set forth in the Class A-2 Trust Agreement, but solely as Trustee under the Class A-2 Trust Agreement, together with any successor Trustee under the terms of the Class A-2 Trust Agreement.
