Class B Trustee

Class B Trustee. Shall mean State Street Bank and Trust Company of Connecticut, National Association, not in its individual capacity except as expressly set 4 forth in the Class B Trust Agreement, but solely as Trustee under the Class B Trust Agreement, together with any successor Trustee under the terms of the Class B Trust Agreement.
