Class B Warrants
Class B Warrants. Means warrants for the purchase of the Corporation's Common Stock having the same terms, conditions, and exercise price as the Class B Warrants originally issued pursuant to the Securities Purchase Agreement.
Class B Warrants. Means the Class B Warrants issued to Parthenon, Shad Run and TSG pursuant to the First Parthenon Purchase Agreement.
