Class C Certificate Purchase Agreement

Class C Certificate Purchase Agreement. Means the Certificate Purchase Agreement, dated as December 30, 2024, among Sun Country, the purchasers therein, and Wilmington Trust, National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Class C(R) Trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.
