Class C Covered Shares
Class C Covered Shares. Shall mean Covered Shares which consist of (i) Class C Common Stock or (ii) Preferred Stock in respect of which shares of Class C Common Stock would be issued upon exercise of the put and call rights of such Preferred Stock.
