Class C4 Option

Class C4 Option. Shall mean an option to purchase a number of shares --------------- of Class A Common Stock, as specified in an option agreement, identified as a "Class 2 C4 Option," which shall be subject to the exercise and termination provisions set forth in Section 8(c) hereof.
