Class D NAV per Common Share

Class D NAV per Common Share. Shall mean the NAV of the Company allocable to the Class D Common Shares (including any reduction for Shareholder Servicing Fees as described in the PPM), determined in accordance with the Valuation Guidelines, divided by the number of outstanding Class D Common Shares.
