Class P Unit

Class P Unit. A Class P Unit issued under this Plan, which is subject to restrictions set forth in that certain Amended and Restated Company Agreement of Atlas Sand Management Company, LLC, dated as of August 4, 2017 (the "Company Agreement") and the Participant Agreement.

Class P Unit. Means a Class P Unit issued under this Plan, which is subject to restrictions set forth in that certain Third Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of Atlas Sand Company, LLC, dated on or about the date hereof (the "Company Agreement") and the Participant Agreement.
