Class

Class. Means each class of the Secured Creditors, i.e., whether (a) the Bank Creditors as holders of the Loan Document Obligations (as defined in Section 3(a)), or (b) the Interest Rate Protection Creditors as holders of the Interest Rate Protection Obligations (as defined in Section 3(a)), or (c) the Nexstar Creditors, as holders of the Nexstar Guaranty Obligations (as defined in Section 3(a)).

Class. Shall mean each separate sub-class of a class of shares of the Company, as may now or in the future exist;

Class. Means a class or classes consisting of persons or entities in California who indirectly purchased Electric Power for purposes other than resale or distribution since January 1, 1998.

Class. Means a grouping of substantially similar Claims or Equity Interests for common treatment thereof pursuant to the terms of this Plan. 2
