Clawback Policy

Clawback Policy. The Company's policy on recoupment of performance-based bonuses, as amended from time to time (its "Clawback Policy"), will apply to the ISO, any shares of Common Stock delivered hereunder, and any profits realized on the sale of such shares to the extent that you are covered by the Clawback Policy.
