CleanUp Period. SECTION 6.17. Clean-Up Period. Fail to repay in full all revolving credit loans made by such Bank to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.02 hereof, plus all interest accrued thereon for a period of 90 consecutive days in each fiscal year beginning on February 24, 2002.
