CLI Facility

CLI Facility. Means the cogeneration facility that produces steam and electric power in commercial quantities situated on the CLI Site, including any and all equipment, systems, facilities, improvements, fixtures and personal property that are or may become located on the CLI Site, except for any Service Production Facilities or other property owned by LCC or its Affiliates.
