Client Agreement

Client Agreement. Means an agreement between eBenX and a Client for the provision of eBenX H&W Services and any extensions thereof; provided, however, that in the event the term of the written agreement or extension shall have been concluded but eBenX continues to provide eBenX H&W Services to such Client, the Client Agreement shall be deemed to continue for the time period that such eBenX H&W Services are provided to such Client.
