CLIENT Information

CLIENT Information. Means all confidential and proprietary technical information not in the public domain relating to the Cell Line, the Process and the Product, from time to time supplied by CLIENT to COOK, or arranged by CLIENT to be supplied by a third party (such as a prior manufacturer) to COOK. The CLIENT Information shall be the Confidential Information of CLIENT.
