Client

Client. Means a present or former customer or client of State Street or any of its Subsidiaries with whom you have had, or with whom persons you have supervised have had, substantive and recurring personal contact during your employment with State Street or any of its Subsidiaries. A former customer or client means a customer or client for which State Street or any of its Subsidiaries stopped providing all services within twelve months prior to the date your employment with State Street ends.

Client. Any person, firm, corporation or other form of entity to whom any member of the Group (i) rendered services at any time during the Employment Period or (ii) had made a Pitch at any time during the Employment Period, or the six months immediately following, the Termination Date.

Client. A Merchant who sells future Receivables to a Merchant Advance Company pursuant to a specific Merchant Agreement

Client. Any User utilizing the oDesk Platform to request Services to be performed by a Freelancer. From time to time, oDesk may act as a Client, and the terms and conditions of this Agreement applicable to Clients will apply to oDesk when acting in this way

Client. Means at any particular time, any Person who is at such time a client of the Company, including loan originators, CLOs or other investment vehicles for which the Company has served as manager, and investors in such CLOs or other investment vehicles, and (i) any Persons which are known to the Employee to be Affiliates of such Client or (ii) any Persons who are members of the immediate family of such Client or any of its Affiliates.

Client. Means the company (or companies) or individual entity(ies) as defined above

Client. Means any client or prospective client of the Company to whom Employee provided services, or for whom Employee transacted business, or whose identity became known to Employee in connection with his relationship with or employment by the Company.

In the twenty-four (24) month period prior to Eligible Employee's termination of employment, any client or prospective client of the Company to whom Eligible Employee provided services, or for whom Eligible Employee transacted business, or whose identity became known to Eligible Employee in connection with Eligible Employee's relationship with or employment by the Company with which the Company wanted or intended to do business
