Clinical Approvals

Clinical Approvals. Means any approval of any applicable Regulatory Authority necessary for the marketing and sale of a pharmaceutical product in any country or regulatory jurisdiction in the Territory, excluding any separate pricing or reimbursement approvals that may be required in any country or regulatory jurisdiction in the Territory.
