Clinical Manufacturing Agreement

Clinical Manufacturing Agreement. Means the agreement between IDDS and West Pharmaceutical Services Lakewood, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of West ("West/Lakewood"), to be entered into by the Parties providing for the manufacture of clinical supplies of a Licensed Product containing Morphine.
